To access this site you will first have to create a Google Account.
Step 1.                                                                  Click on the link below.
Step 2. In the lower left hand quadrant click on "Sign in to discuss".
Step 3.                                              Click on "Create an account now".
Step 4.             Fill in the Google sign up form to set up your account.

Once this is done you can access the site to post messages by doing the following:

Click on the link below, click on the link "Sign in to discuss".
Sign in to Google Groups, click on "Reply to this discussion"
and post your message. When finished click on "Sign Out"
